Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.  It is always okay to ask for help when needed.  There is always someone ready to listen.  Take a look at the resources below or call the front office if you or your student are ever in need of support.

Care Solace​ ​is a FREE online resource that assists individuals in finding local mental health and substance use related programs and counseling services (outside of school). Care Solace works with individuals who have insurance including Medi-Cal, Private Insurance, and those that have no insurance.
